Biography

I first did Yoga in 1991 in Japan. After the class I felt energised and thus began my yoga journey. I found Iyengar yoga by accident. What impressed me the most was that it caters to all body sizes and even those who have had past injuries and other conditions.In Iyengar yoga classes, no one is left out. Everyone no matter their level of fitness can gain the maximum benefit from yoga. I want to reach those individuals who think that yoga is only for young and flexible people!
