Iyengar Level: Level 1
I began Iyengar Yoga in my 20s as I was prone to injuries, notably neck/ shoulder and back as a result of working long hours and travel. I quickly found my practice helped prevent injuries but also found it to be healing in so many ways. I began my teacher training journey in 2011 to help deepen my own practice. I love the precision and intensity of the Iyengar method and have been privileged to learn from some amazing teachers both in the U.K. and abroad. I am passionate about supporting people to improve their inner and outer bodies.
