Biography

Theresa’s enthusiasm for yoga began in 1999 when she was first introduced to Iyengar Yoga. She liked it so much she eventually joined the teacher training programme and became certified to teach in 2011. She enjoys introducing students to Iyengar Yoga because it makes the poses so accessible to everyone. She has a calm, relaxed approach to teaching. She helps students to build their confidence, and experience the benefits and vitality that comes with a regular yoga practice. She is certified to teach up to Junior Intermediate Level 1 and is currently working on gaining Junior Intermediate Level 2 certification.
