Biography

When I began practicing yoga in my twenties, I had no idea the positive impact it would have on my life. The precision and careful structure of Iyengar yoga has equipped me with the tools required to guide me through all the ups and downs that this journey offers. It has inspired me and consoled me and given me strength and fulfillment. I am grateful to all the teachers who have helped me along the way.
