Biography

I have been teaching Iyengar yoga since 2008. I continue to study with Senior teachers in Glasgow to improve my own practice and develop my teaching skills. As a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, I have a high level of understanding of how the body works which I apply to my yoga practice and teaching.
