Biography
I decided to take up yoga when I turned 40. I had never considered yoga, thinking I would not get what I needed from a yoga class. I was a fan of other, more energetic types of exercise. However I went along to an introduction to Iyengar yoga workshop run by Frances McKee and Helen Graham, and that was it. I was hooked! After a few years of practice, I decided to go for the teaching certificate. I was lucky enough to undertake Introductory training offered by Lyn Farquhar in Dunblane. My yoga journey has been full of many inspirational Iyengar Yoga teachers. I have never been to a class where I haven’t learned something new about my own practice. The journey continues.
