Meg Laing Workshop

For Iyengar students attanding classes at Level 2 and above.

At this workshop, Meg will show how simple well-known asanas can be used as the foundation for more advanced ones. She will pay particular attention to using the breath in order to keep the body receptive to the inner actions of the asanas, and to illustrate the crucial link between asana and pranayama.
