Iyoga Glasgow are delighted that Abhay Javakhedkar will run an online General Workshop for practitioners with a least one year’s experience of Iyengar yoga.
Abhay is a teacher from RIMYI in Pune, India who also runs his own studio ‘Iyengar YogSadhana’. Iyengar yoga runs in the family as his parents are senior teachers.
Abhay has told us his workshop will be taught with the pandemic in mind; he uses his classes and workshops to reduce stress levels and increase the positivity of participants.
