Introduction to Yoga

Suitable for those new to yoga or for those who would like to refresh their basic skills, this workshop will be led by Frances who has over 20 years of teaching experience.

Frances will guide you through the basics of Iyengar Yoga and prepare you for joining a regular yoga class. Iyengar Yoga is a very safe form of yoga with an emphasis on precision in poses. Students learn through a carefully graded and systematic programme of asana (posture). Practicing yoga helps you overcome and prevent many stresses, strains, aches, and pains. It promotes a firm foundation for health and wellbeing.

We provide the yoga mat and all equipment so just book your space and come along!

This workshop costs just £20 and lasts for 2 hours.
