We all need to recharge our batteries and take some time to draw inwards. The practice of pranayama allows us to consciously focus on the breath while the restorative poses prepare the body to breathe more fully and the mind to let go of the endless chatter. This workshop is suitable for anyone with at least 2 years experience of Iyengar Yoga.
