Julie has been committed to her personal yoga practice since she was a teenager and knows from this personal experience, as well as through her students’ experiences, just how effective yoga can be in improving and maintaining health and wellbeing. She loves to share her knowledge through teaching making this workshop ideal for those who wish to immerse themselves in a practice of asana and pranayama for an afternoon.
Julie is Senior Teacher at Yoga on Tay in Fife, is qualified as an Assessor, Teacher Trainer, and Mentor with IY(UK) as well as being trained in Yoga Therapy. She has had many trips to India to train with the Iyengars and enjoys much about eastern cultural as encountered on her various travels there too.
