There will be an opportunity to have an informal chat over tea after the class and find out more about Iyengar Yoga and what is available for you at The Yoga Extension.
Iyengar Yoga is a very safe form of yoga with an emphasis on precision in poses. Students learn through a carefully graded and systematic programme of asana (posture). Practicing yoga helps you overcome and prevent many stresses, strains, aches and pains. It promotes a firm foundation for health and wellbeing.
