Pranayama classes with Katie Rutherford

Pranayama is the fourth limb of yoga and regular practice brings tremendous benefits to the mind and body. These classes are suitable for those who have been practicing asana for at least 18 months and are genuinely interested in deepening their pranayama practice.

We are so delighted that Katie has agreed to teach these classes – she has studied for many years with Rajiv and Swati Chanchani in Yog-Ganga in Dehradun and with Firooza Ali Rajvi at her retreats in Fife, as well as with Guruji, Geeta and Prashant in Pune. She has learnt from the very best!
