Classes will be suitable for students who have been practising for two years or more. In the two morning classes we will be working on more active poses. In the two afternoon classes we will be practising quieter poses, including Sarvangasana and Sirsasana (shoulder and head balance) and pranayama.
Priority will be given to those booking for the whole weekend.
