Helen Graham is offering a new workshop for all students and teachers interested in exploring Level 2 asanas. The afternoon will focus on developing your practice and gaining a deeper understanding of key Level 2 poses. The session is suitable for anyone, students or teachers who wants to broaden their practice, as well as for those who are interested in working towards the Level 2 exam.
The workshop will cover:
• Progressive work into essential Level 2 asanas
• Strength, mobility, and alignment preparation
• Individual guidance and refinement
• Support for those working toward the Level 2 exam
Numbers are limited to allow for personal attention.
This workshop will run on a drop-in basis, with 3–4 sessions offered throughout the year depending on interest.
