iYoga Glasgow (IYG) and East of Scotland Iyengar Yoga (ESIY) are working together for the 2026-27 Exchange of Learning Days.
The theme is ‘Exploring Prāṇāyāma – Practice, Philosophy and Shared Learning’.

Teachers are required to attend one Exchange of Learning Day (formerly known as PD Days) every two years, and are strongly encouraged to attend every year, as the topics change annually – with the subject chosen based on issues facing or questions arising from teachers.
